SWIM MEET POLICIES
*Parents must fill out the online meet commitment form prior to our team's posted deadline - these will be located beneath each meet on the meet schedule
*All escrow balances must be sufficient prior to the entry deadline for a swimmer to be entered in a meet
*Once committed to a meet you are financially bound to pay the entry fees, even if your swimmer does not attend
*Coaches will pick all events for the swimmers
*Swimmers may only attend and represent Beachwood at the meets chosen by the coaches
*If/when we are closed out of meets(unfortunately this happens), BBSC work to find a similar meet on the same day within a reasonable distance. If found, assumption of entry will happen automatically. If the distance is deemed too great and the day is different you will be emailed with the choice of attending.
*All swimmers in levels 3-6 will swim the fastest championship meet for which they qualify, even if only for a relay. Parents, please plan accordingly and be aware of the meet schedule for championships.
*Team apparel is required
*Each family is needed to help for 4 meet sessions. Volunteer form will be emailed out at the beginning of the season. Each session not worked will cost $25.
